We are looking for experienced software engineers to join our data centers team, to rapidly create, iterate and launch high-quality software that empowers users all over the world. Our engineering teams are involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from idea generation, design, prototyping, planning, execution and shipping. As a senior software engineer you should lead by example - driving the technical discussions, influencing the approach and making a positive impact on the team's development by advocating the best engineering practices.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- The foremost quality for this position or any position at Unlex Mining is integrity.
- Experience building and launching cryptocurrency applications or infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of the infrastructure and ecosystem of at least one major cryptocurrency — especially Ethereum or Bitcoin, but experience on any digital currency or blockchain project is welcome.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases and large-scale websites.
- You thrive on learning new technologies and don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
- An understanding of how all the pieces fit together (front-end, database, network layer, etc.) and how they impact the performance of your application.
- You pride yourself on efficient monitoring, strong documentation and proper test coverage.
- Preferably experience in at least one JVM based language such as Kotlin, Java, or Scala.
- CS degree or equivalent experience.

Blockchain Financial Controller

We are looking for an Blockchain Financial Controller to join our growing finance team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Reconcile bank, cryptocurrency wallets and credit card accounts.
- Providing month end support and reporting
- Review T&E charges and ensure spending is in line with company’s policy.
- Own bi-weekly payroll processing.
- Prepare Statutory Accounts filings in accordance with local GAAP
- Ensure all invoices are coded correctly and paid in a timely manner.
- Prepare journal entries for group controller’s approval.
- Prepare general ledger account analysis.
- Manage the month end close process.
- Maintain P&L and balance sheet reconciliations and research missing expense and any large variances.
- Prepare month end variance analysis.
- Lead year-end audit work for entities under purview.
- Perform ad-hoc projects.
- Assist with establishing internal controls procedures and processes.
- PPrepare VAT and R&D credit filing and reconciliation.

Junior IT Support & Office Operations

We are looking for an Junior IT Support & Office Operations to join our growing finance team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Building and office management of London office
- Support handling user administration and auditing of all third-party service accounts primarily in UK & Iceland, and in addition globally as necessary.
- Manage office LANs, wifi, and video conferencing systems for London Office.
- Maintain & provision new employee hardware and software for London Office.
- Perform on-boarding/off-boarding and re-provisioning procedures for London Office.
- Support the setup and management of new and existing infrastructure (e.g. networks, firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, VoIP devices) for London Office.
- Exercise security best-practices and monitor and train employees to do the same.
- Happily provide comprehensive and timely IT support to all employees; local and remote.
- Support upgrades to core networking (e.g. Inter-site connectivity, MPLS/VPN config), as required.
- All vendor relationships management out of the London Office.
